Everyone I have met at Champion is so nice and committed to your physical health. The facility is extremely clean and the equipment is well kept. if that's not enough, the music is always killer!

Simply stated, Hope is exceptional! Hope has been an instrumental force in helping me rehab my knee after total knee replacement. Hope always greets me with a big encouraging smile and asks me how I am doing before starting our hour workout. With great motivational music in the background, Hope challenges me appropriately for a vigorous workout to strengthen my knee while gaining the flexibility I need to return to my active lifestyle of tennis, hiking and biking.
