GREAT DOCTOR performed tests and shot. He ordered 2 MRI's STAT, but communication with staff abysmal. Problem with coding of MRI. 3 messages. 1 conversation and an office visit failed to get any feedback. It took the Piedmont Patient Advocate to get results and correct the coding issue. 7 days of frustration. Finally after 7 days my MRI is scheduled. So much for 'STAT'.
Excellent office staff and doctor every thing was fantastic I would highly recommend doctor Minter and his staff
Champion Orthopedics has 2 floors; Doctors on 2nd floor, had an elevator. 1st floor has Imaging and Physical therapy. Whitney is my therapist. 4 more visits scheduled. ♥️
Was a great doctor. He helped me years ago with my shoulder pain. Had some calcium build up, after him doing a scope I never had any more issue with that shoulder. He also helped with an insurance claim. He stood up for honesty and the facts. I could not thank him enough. Now I will see him with knee issues. Hope he can help. Update: Today is the 13. Jan. 2022.
