My husband is trying to serve his child’s mother and has been unsuccessful so we were told to put a public court service notification in this newspaper. Extremely poor customer service I was quoted one price I was told my notice were post to the newspaper two weeks later. My notice was never posted and I get a message saying that it would be three times the amount originally quoted to post to notice in the newspaper, my emails and calls went unanswered. Do not waste your money. This is a scam.

Customer Service 101: Answer the phone and Return Calls. I left three message for a member of Champion Newspaper's staff. No return call. The ONLY time this member of the staff called me back was to get my credit card information. I have paid for a service. I have questions. And, NO call back. This is unacceptable. Disappointing. Further, I wonder if DeKalb County Court services know if the company that they have a working relationship with operates in such an unprofessional manner??
