About 6 months ago, me and my husband purchased a truck from here. The truck has been running great, had no problems with it. i have made every payment on time, everytime. One time i was short on my check and asked if i could pay for it the following week. And the lady i talked was like no it has to be paid now. They are not flexible whatsoever. My son purchased his first car a 2004 Ford Taurus from Credit Motors in Kansas City KS approx 1 1/2 months ago. Since he received the car it has had problems with the catalytic converter, alternator and a/c compressor. My son is 21 years old and makes minimum wage and trying to make it on his own has spent hundreds of extra dollars to keep this car on the road in order to maintain his employment. I would say to never get a vehicle from this place. Unless you like to be SCREWED over. I have had my car for a year or so, the transmission started to mess up in it I figured maybe I should just take it back up to them and see what they have to say about it.. So I took it up there they had it for 2 or 3 days or so. They never gave me a phone call back or anything else.
