My wife and I recently purchased our first Mazda from Hanover Mazda. Wow! The car is fantastic and the service we received was above and beyond our expectations. We would especially like to call out and thank our service consultant Zane Bodvin. He was very knowledgeable and patient and his no pressure process put us at ease and made buying a vehicle enjoyable. The whole staff is just great. Looking forward to continuing this relationship!!
My experience is a little different than most, it was with the service department at Hanover Mazda. The buying experience is very important, but the servicing of you car is just as important. Russell and Alex in the service department were great, explained everything in detail, provided a loaner vehicle, and followed up on the progress of my repair.
