We have been with this practice since it opened and hopefully never have to change. The doctors are brilliant and the reception staff and nurse are so friendly and helpful you couldn't ask for more .
Absolutely atrocious, the usual wait to collect test results is 35 minutes every single time i have been here and patients can’t be a minute late.You as a patient need to be punctual as anything, wish it went both ways.
Trish or whatever her name is . The gate keeping receptionist . Ruins an otherwise good practice with largely good doctors. Not worth dealing with her though. Go elsewhere, plenty of good clinics with good staff.
Very rude receptionist. Did not even know how to speak with clients. I booked appointment for my 4 kids over the phone for flu vaccination by mentioning their Names as everyone knows Vaccination appointments only be given over the phone or by person. Appointment booked for 10:51 AM. I have proof of massage.I called the receptionist at 10:47 to let her know that i am 5 Minutes late. I mentioned that i have booked for my 4 kids flu shots.
