Lived here from March 2021-July 2021 ….man do NOT live here idc how bad you wanna move look for somewhere else to stay…they don’t listen to requests when it comes to “fixing” things, my refrigerator & sink was leaking for months and all they did was patch it up with something cheap.The door was broken which took them 3 weeks to a month to fix, $800 for 1 bedroom isn’t worth it because of everything you go through with living there, me & my gf broke our lease & left just beca… See more
The whole complex is falling apart. maintenance is so far behind you'll never actually have a fully fix unit to live in. someone is always failing. bandaids not actual repairs.
We lived in Charlesmont apartments for about 2 years. Never any issues for the most part. Brought our newborn home there, and raised him until it was time to get a bigger place. We had to break our lease early and pay an extra fee which we were aware of and okay with. The last few months of living their a new gentleman moved in over top of us. He was a smoker.
