Horrible experience with their service department. Had my Chrysler van towed to their service department. I received a call from the service department stating my vehicle was ready to go. Service was completed. Did an alignment too. My wife drives about 40 minutes to get the van, and it won't even start. They tried to give a BS story about the battery not being charged.
