I was anticipating a routine fix, but it turned out the wiring was faulty and needed replacing, which they managed to complete in just over an hour. This was my third time using them, and as before, they were efficient without cutting corners.
Thermostat installed smoothly, works great now.
Our A/C system had stopped cooling efficiently, and the technician quickly diagnosed a capacitor issue, replacing it within an hour. Everything works well now, though they didn't clean up some insulation debris left around the work area.
During the visit, the technician methodically dismantled the A/C system, identifying a clogged coil as the primary issue within an hour. Unlike a previous service that replaced parts without resolving the problem, this approach was thorough and directly addressed the root cause.
They quickly identified the issue as a clogged drain line during routine maintenance and resolved it within an hour, though they did not have the specific filter size I requested on hand.
