Love the crew and the work was amazing.
Far below bare minimum.....the minimum is "in compliance". They bypass quality inspections, could care less about their job. Getting them to come out and "fix" whats wrong has made the appearance more unsightly than the original mistake. You tell them and show them the defects, they WILL tell you they will NOT replace the item nor even pay for it....but...they will "patch" your shower because it arrived cracked in multiple locations.
