Before purchasing, everything sounded great. The floor plan was perfect, the upgrades were everything we wanted, the price was great. After our home was set and we were allowed to go in, it became the biggest headache. The trim work is atrocious. There are holes in the walls and floors. There’s paint on the floor. The Sheetrock work looks like they pulled a 12 year old out of school and paid them to do it with candy bars. Nice looking home but very sloppy construction. Caulking all over the place in the shower, trimming not lined up properly, paint all over floors, paint on parts of the siding which shouldn’t be there, wobbly ceiling fans, bowed trimming, bowed doors, peeling paint on front door, rusted nail in siding and rusted storm door handle, outlets not flush and falling out of walls.
