I don't know what kind of problems I might encounter with Champion Home Services later, but for now they deserve a five-star rating. They replaced my HVAC system three days ago and it is working great. I feel the price was reasonable. The technicians, Adrian and Nicolas, were both great. They worked extremely hard from start to finish They were both very courteous and eagerly answered any questions I had. The AC was serviced to the T by the book, and it is extremely cold. These people are swindlers. They never show up to appointments. Your AC is broken in the summer? They don’t care. They won’t show up because they already got paid for the service agreement. In addition, they won’t even give you a courtesy notification that they cannot make it. Utter garbage.
