If you have a choice then go to another agency, we had VA and had no choice. They dropped us without giving us notice when they are required to give a 10 day notice. The person helping at the house told me on the last day. The person helping could not do the job adequately that needed to be done, so they made up lies so that the agency would drop us.
Friendly staff, they really try to accommodate all of your needs.
