Extremely prompt, professional and honest
Just got a new opener. Tech Peyton was great, seemed like an expert and communicated very well. I would have said "5' but when they showed up knowing I had a chain off and in need of opener repair, I would have expected they would have a new one in the truck to install if need be (which did turn out to be the case), but there wasn't one so I had to make another appointmet--although they did get it done the next day, it still wasn't ideal for my schedule.
