I believe his name was Jerry and he treated me like he knew me. He handed me the keys told me to go check it out while he finished up something else, so I didn't have to wait. They were very professional and friendly. This was my first time bereaved it won't be my last. Thanks guys

People were extremely nice, it just took 5 weeks for my wife’s car to be repaired. Granted, I had it flat bedded to the dealership 2 weeks before they said they could get to it, then it took 3 weeks from then?
