Never again! Continuously get the run around here. Noone ever answers the phone and noone calls me back after voicemail. Zero communication from them on my car. I waited 2 weeks for them to contact me after initial drop off, and nothing. I have to call repeatedly and each week they tell me something different. Excellent body shop and the best around, my truck looked new inside and out.
This is the worst body shop and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I dropped off my RAV4 here 2 months ago, the underside’s just slightly damaged, but it took them 1 month to inform my insurance company of the repair estimate, then they just let my car stay there for another month without doing anything. My insurance just paid for my rental car within 3 weeks, so I had to pay for another rental car for the past 5 weeks, that cost me almost $2,000 (will the body shop be responsible for that amount ... read more

I've bought several new and used cars from Champion Ford over the years, and I run cars to death usually 300,000 to 400,000 miles or until the body just starts crumbling around the replaceable suspension parts or the drive train is just completely beyond repair.
