First experience with Champion Collision. My daughter is in town from Louisville and her Edge needed a sun visor repair. Ryan took a look at it and repaired it immediately! What a polite, professional asset to Champion! Ryan is a jewel.

I've used Champion Collision Center when needed for many years. Most recently they replaced the rear bumper on my Mazda after a collision. Not only was the work finished on time, as expected, but it came back cleaned inside and out. The paint work was excellent - and it's a three stage paint. Very professional, respectful management and staff, too. I would not hesitate to recommend Champion.

I still don’t have my car fixed from hail damage! I hear nothing from them! Had my car for a month while I paid for a rental and they did nothing!! We call ask if parts have came in. It did but was damaged. Then they never call back when parts come back in. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I bought the car from them so I thought I would get better service but no service at all.

Fixed the hail damage on my car and it looked great!! They got it done pretty quick as well. I would recommend Champion Ford.
