Always five star
I have a 2021 Lariat Powerboost. The truck has spent 70% of this summer inoperable. After a transmission replacement in July, it has been issue after issue. It is now stuck in a driveway with only 53,800 miles, and has emptied itself of coolant to the engine and transmission, completely. Champion Ford set an appointment, suggesting I not drive it, while never being remotely pro-active in providing information about a tow.
