Drove 3 1/2 hrs to buy truck. Truck looked nothing like the pictures online. Made a deal and bought truck. 20 days later found a different truck I wanted. Went to trade it in at a Ford dealer. Dealer noted an odd shift. Transmission issue and a few other things. Called and talked to Kurt. He said he would send drivers and get truck, take a look at it. We did offer to have the customer bring the truck back to our dealership for further diagnosis. This customer decided to still trade the truck the day we were notified of a potential issue at a dealership on the other side of the state. Customer wanted the dealership to commit to fixing the truck no matter what, which is impossible without a diagnosis. As for being informed of "problems", that is simply incorrect.
