My journey at Champion Fitness began in my late 50’s. I was not athletic, never lifted weights and very nervous about starting an exercise program. Everyone was so friendly, encouraging and fun! I am coming up on 6 years at Champion Fitness and it has been such an amazing 6 years. My husband joined about a year and a half after me and it has become a family hobby since then which has been so special for us and our daughter.
