Great care and genuine people. Very concerned and thorough with their diagnosis. Definitely a step above the care level at Rt. 46 Waited there for 2 hours to see a NP for 3 min. A week later I received proper care in minutes here! Thank you!
Spent less than an hour there. Waiting room for maybe 15 minutes, nurse took vitals in room and not even 10 minutes later dr was in to see me. Quick and thorough. Didn't just slap a generic diagnosis on it but took samples for multiple tests. Glad I chose here instead of St Joes on 46!
Been there a few times, never had issues and staff always friendly.
God willing I will never come here again. All I had to do was a physical. Arrived at 1200 and was told the doctor had an emergency and wouldn't be in until 2. The nurse or the receptionist behind the front desk was incredibly rude. Even though my job told me to just show up because multiple people were sent there and they had copies of chain of custody papers she still took it upon herself to say no and make drive all the way back to my employer just to get the exact same papers she has.Then I was just shoved in a room for o... read more
