The company generally does good work and is quite responsive but their VP of "Major" Accounts is terrible.  Brian is unresponsive and makes commitments that he does not keep.  He avoids calls and does not reply to emails.  I am sure others have a similar experience and it would be in the company's best interest to replace him with someone who is business-friendly.  The reality is that this is a service business and we have other options!

We have had elevator issues for months and it has yet to be resolved. The door has been closing after about 45 seconds On the 5th floor. We also have cables grinding on the elevator for months as well. We have given so many calls to both the companies hotline and the Stamford, ct sales rep personally and still nothing has gotten resolved. The matters are even worse now, repairmen have come to work on the issue only to make the door close slower on every floor. The cables to be replaced has been forever “being shipped”. Champion has a very talented team working for them. They are big enough to execute the largest modernizations but small enough that you can speak with the president if you ever have any concerns. They are a great local company with a presence throughout the tristate area.
