The people in the service department are genuinely incompetent. I have had negative experiences each of the three times that I have taken my new vehicle there for routine maintenance. One of the times, they even managed to return my car with a dent in the door. I strongly suggest that you take your vehicle elsewhere.
I have a 2019 ram v6 3.6 pentastar absolutely garbage this truck had been in and out the shop several times for a misfire that they say they cant find . do yourself a favor..do not purchase a vehicle from here .DO NOT BUY these new vehicles as they cant fix them period. I had to give one star but don't deserve any stars RUN FROM THIS PLACE...
They sold my mother a bad vehicle. She had car less than 6 months, 1 months after purchasing the transmission went bad. Credit acceptance paid to get it fixed. She took it back now after a month an a half from the first repair now they are telling her that it’s not covered, an she has to pay $2300 to get her vehicle repaired. Do not buy from this dealership. They take advantage of people in need of a vehicle

In order to leave a review I had to give them a star. This dealership service department is full of immature unprofessional workers. They took a whole week to let me know what’s wrong with my car. The charged me twelve hundred for labor to not do nothing. They labeled my car as dirt. They laughed in my face. They asked for a deposit half down before doing the work. Treated me like a non paying customer who just wanted my car back in one peace. Wouldn’t provide a ride so I can pick up my car.
