It's a very safe place to live. HOWEVER, it appears the rules there are for only a few. The property and sidewalks are very well kept by Bob the maintenance man. Very friendly and easy to get along with. The Manager Emily is nice and does her best to make it a better place. "Some people " there seem to have nothing to do other than watch what others are doing. No matter the day or the hour. The ambulance and fire services are very fast and dependable. Very clean,friendly and shopping near by. There's a lot of fun stuff going on or if you prefer a quiet life, it's here also.
Management plays favoritism.everyone treated different depends on if you complain about things that are wrong or you rent a apartment but never live there. It's not right many people need a place.this at one time was a blessing but things went wrong hope they change their ways.
My dad loves his place here. It is income based. And safe and tranquil.
