My daughter purchased her first vehicle from Champion in July 2022 .. The check engine light came on, so we made an appointment for service a week ago. We dropped the car off at noon, and at 3:30 still had not heard anything. I called and left a voicemail for a status on the vehicle, never heard back. I called back at 5:20, only to be told it had not been looked at yet and would not be looked at until tomorrow and I should hear back by noon! Gave it a 1 star because you are unable to score zero stars. If your going to drop a large amount of money, some professional behavior would be nice. My son bought a 2020 Gladiator. The closing was ridiculous. Signed a deal, they wouldn't honor it. Signed a second deal, wouldn't honor it. Third time was a charm. My son wrote a negative review.
