Absolutely terrible experience here. My 2023 suburban needed a new engine. Which they replaced. I got my vehicle back January 7. January 14, my vehicle threw its first code. We are now into June and my entire dash is still spazzing out I have no control over radio and temperature controls. They refuse to take ownership that most likely this is a problem from when they replace the engine. Trudy is amazing! Everyone here makes you feel so welcomed the minute that you step in the doors. I normally hate going to dealerships due to being treated unfairly and badly in the past. This dealership made me feel great and they were able to find a really wonderful deal for me. I drove 48 miles from my home to go there only because my first interaction over the phone with Trudy was remarkable. I will never forget how kind and attentive she was. I love my new Equinox!!!
Pretty disappointed here. Paid two hundred and something to get my transmission checked out cuz it is not shifting properly but was told it's normal for an 8 speed Chevy. No, it's not. Either they didn't drive it enough to feel it or they didn't want to deal with it because it's under warranty. Either way, I get shafted.

Good service! Great service at Champion Chevrolet in Fowlerville. The diesel mechanic, Jim, did an excellent job working on my truck. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on so I understood the issue. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about the customer. Great service overall, and I appreciate the way I was treated.
