I had a great experience working with Russ at the Fowlerville champion dealership buying my 2026 Trax RS Thank you Russell
Not a great service experience. Friendly, but the ability to adequately assess and repair a vehicle leaves a lot to be desired. I took my 2024 Silverado in because a squirrel chewed up the wiring harness. I specifically told them that I unwrapped the harness and did some spotty repairs to get the trailer lights functioning. I told them that the worst area was along the frame rail next to the spare tire, and that there were several other damaged spots. I dropped it off, they evaluated. Having some transmission issues and when I took my truck in I don't think it was handled very well initially but after reaching out again they seem to be genuinely trying to make it right, which I appreciate. I will update my review accordingly pending the outcome.
Russell Martindale was super helpful, very patient, not pushy and made the buying experience great for me. Only one I would work with in the future. Overall experience is a 12 out of 10! Appreciate your patience and thorough understanding of our situation and working to help us through that.
