Purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in August of 2021. After finalizing all of the paperwork, the salesman suspiciously switched the blue Cruze that I originally chose for a grey Cruze because of minor body damage & the finance company allegedly wouldnt approve it. *** only issue with the grey Cruze was that it had a check engine light & about **** more miles. *** grey Cruze has been nothing short of a nuisance. Drove from Southern ** to ************ to buy a Truck (C5500) from Champion Chevrolet. All arrangements was made up front to purchase this very expensive truck from JT @Champion . ******* collected ******* in sales tax ( not a problem ,tax is part of life ) . Took the truck back to ** to have licensed and had to pay sales tax again .?! The dealership ran my credit and then sold the vehicle. I knew my credit score was excellent, I had a pre-approval letter from the bank, I knew the interest rate I was locked in at. They ran my credit over the phone while I was at work and then within a half an hour sold the car to someone else because I wasn't physically in the building. They negatively impacted my credit score and I am getting nothing in return.
I love Champion Chevrolet in Avon! They've been servicing my 2018 Traverse since the day I bought it and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with them every time I go into the dealership. They offer me a ride home or to wait in their wonderful office. They get me in right away, they are efficient, timely, happy and always give me the best customer service.
