That was the WORST car wash I've ever had in my life. And when I brought my truck back to the manager and showed him all the missed dirt inside (which his employee told me they would get if I upgraded to a Deluxe), he literally said that they have to rush cars through, because they get a 150 cars a day and that they don't use any liquid on their cloths to wipe stuff because customers might complain if the plastic gets discolored. 🙄 What "manager" says that to a customer?!?
