I went to have an alignment. The service advisor acted like it was a chore to answer questions or even have a conversation about my vehicle. Very disappointed in Cadillac service here. Found out there was an issue with my suspension. The technician said no problem I’ll stay over and get it fixed service advisor said no sorry we don’t have time to deal with that. We can do it another day. Just not personable and definitely a very poor service dealership. Would not recommend.

I took my car there twice and each time was over check engine lights. The first time the lights went off right before so I get it if they can’t read them. The second time however the lights were on when I went this last time at the end of April. Phillip Leonard is the rudest man I have ever met in customer service. When we called ahead for the appointment we asked if I could just get the crank shaft position sensor changed and he said they’d order the part and just change it out. I live in Asheville North Carolina. I bought my vehicle about 5 years ago from this dealership. This dealership's friendly very helpful. The best part I have called and asked questions about service. Knowing I'm not using their service department because I'm in Asheville, they still immediately answers any questions or someone gets back to me very promptly with the answer or a way to help. This is amazing in today's business world. This is a great dealership. I will always buy my vehicles here. An outstanding group

Gavin Hardin was amazing. He knew the vehicles inside and out and was incredibly kind. He made my family and me feel comfortable, and he was a big part of the reason we decided to make our next vehicle a Cadillac. Tim Copenhaver, the owner, also went out of his way to make us feel welcome—he truly rolled out the red carpet. We left saying, “How’d they do that?” I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Cadillac.
