Me & my Husband ran across a very nice & clean 2021 Cadillac CT5 on CarFax. The price was a steal so we jumped on it. The process started when we called Champion & spoke with our Sales guy Hash. Got a Mercedes cla from them in August 2025 they said I have gap insurance and another insurance 4 months later my car gets totaled I call to use the gap insurance and was told the same day then sent the payment for both insurance was the same day they canceled the both insurance and I’m stuck paying the remaining balance they keep telling me they going to call me back but never did I’m gonna sue them so watch out for them they slick and lie
