Chris and his team are outstanding! Chris is professional, fair, has great business acumen and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure all is well with my rental property (I live out of state). In addition to finding tenants in a timely fashion, when it was time for me to sell my house, Chris and his collegue Pam were instrumental in closing the deal (5/2018) in "less than 30 days!" Champion Asset Management does not adhere to their contract with me as a customer and has adversely affected myself and my family. Champion Asset Management is a company run by a husband and wife couple who scam their customers by moving them in to homes that do not live up to conditions. In my particular case, they were slow and often times unresponsive to any repairs that needed to be made in the home I moved my family into under lease with this company. Edward Lott is a former disgruntle tenant which he & his wife (Bephanie Lott) rented a property through Champion Asset Management, January 2016 - February 2017. Both tenants owed an outstanding balance for rent, damages & cleaning charges. The most unprofessional company you will ever deal with. The wife is rude and can not conduct business as a professional. She popped up at our house and said some of the rudest things. . The husband is okay but loves to cut corners and find the cheapest way to half way fix stuff. He is way more professional than the wife if you have to move with them. Overall make this your last option. They are very sneaky and will tell lies to make them sound good.
