He arrived, but then it went downhill from there. I can't say I valued the 5 minutes he spent in my home. He was supposed to diagnose my washing machine, but the very brief 5 minutes he spent starting the wash, declaring it needed to be replaced entirely, and leaving, he didn't properly diagnose the problem. In the writeup from the company charging $125 for that 5 minute "diagnosis", they declared it was "bad bearings" and said it wasn't worth fixing. We had a great experience working with Arron to get our refrigerator cooling again. As always, he was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Great company, great service!
Arron has 45 years of experience and it shows. He was incredibly fast to diagnose and make repairs both times he has been out over the years. Coordination with the front office couldn't have been easier or more efficient.
I supervise maintenance for over 400 apartment units and have to rely on Champion often. Naomi the dispatcher/coordinator is always helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive! Aaron the technician does awesome work, and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.
