It's income based it's all two bedroom apartments not the best kept when I first moved in my apartment it smelt awful the previous tenant had cats and apparently let them pee and spray all over they did steam clean it but not the great at getting rid of the smell they didn't repaint the apartment but it is better then being homeless so there's that.

If I could I’d give them a negative 5 stars I lived there for 4 years it’s a nice apartment but the ownership is bad when I 1st moved in the management was good but after she left it went downhill the current manager at the office and the previous manager have tried to scam people even tried to scam me when I have a payee through DSS and they have all of my payments electronically monitored and they know that but they still tried to scam me the current manager never enforces things she tried to start trouble with me about my... read more

My mother and aunt lives here and it's so hard to get a hold of anyone no one is ever around the place as gone down hill fast hard for ppl to be able to pay rent or even get paper work from them so they can turn it in
