Had a system issue with my new HVAC unit. Scheduled a visit from Champion Air. The tech, Maverick M came out & discovered it was frozen (this was late afternoon). It would take a while for the ice to melt. He made the decision to proceed to his next stop & contact us before heading home for the evening. Although he could have gone home and came back the next day, he made a business decision to take care of our issue later that evening rather than have us suffer the night without air.
