Colin was my technician. He was punctual, friendly, and competent. During the routine maintenance of my AC system he discovered that the capacitor (six years old) was operating below specifications. He told me that it might well last another year, so no hard sell on replacing it, but twice in the last 20 years I’ve had AC outages caused by a bad capacitor, usually on 100 degree days, so I chose to replace it. He did this quickly and efficiently. My thanks to Colin and Champion.

Writing this positive review for Champion Home Services and specifically Jeran Ford on behalf of Theresa Gillespie. Jeran did one of the most thorough and specific reviews and preventative maintenance of our HVAC that we’ve ever had. Friendly and knowledgeable , this was an excellent experience and we highly recommend Champion and Jeran Ford!

Scheduled my routine maintenance service a few months ago for the 2 units I bought from this company in the last 3 years. When the technician came out, he found a faulty breaker, but did not have the part to replace it, so now we are down the unit that covers our bedrooms. Not fun. Two days later I still have not heard from the company other than to ask for this survey and suggest $7,000 of additional suggested work.
