I'm supposed to have a ten year full warranty, according to the guy that sold it to us. We paid $14,000.00 in 2021 for an a\c for a 1500 square ft house. They want to charge me $89 to come out and see why my a\c isn't working!! WTH!

I called for a second opinion. David Lee was my technician. The guy was far more thorough than the first place I called and was able to properly diagnose and document the problem with my AC. I can't say enough good things about Champion AC and David Lee.

Brian came out to check our AC that was going in and out. He was very professional and explained what was wrong. Very happy with the customer service we received from both Brian and the employee that answered the phone.
