I had been seeing Dr. Champaloux partner Dr. Eckberg the past year, I have been with this practice for over 15+ years and was able to switch between providers when necessary. Dr. Eckberg had moved away and so Dr. Champaloux was slammed with patients, I moved away and had to have my prescriptions refilled through the pharmacy. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
