We rented a single home from Jamie and Yolanda and lived there for about 2,5 years. It has been such joy to work with them. Maintenance requests were handled almost immediately by them and the maintenance worker is delightful to deal with. They are pet-friendly, and they make you feel home. They keep the yard pretty well. I’ve rented a single family home from Jamie and Yolanda Fairbanks for two years now, and they have been wonderful landlords. They are prompt in responding to any concerns and follow through quickly on repairs. They updated the home I rented from them, so it was in very good condition in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood.
