First time we ever did a escape room. Made it out wi th a few minutes to spare.
I played the "Cabin in the Woods" scenario with a group of four other friends for a birthday party, and it couldn't have been more fun! We just barely saved the world <PHEW> and enjoyed the entire experience (it even got a little frightening at times). I'm really impressed with how immersive and detailed the rooms and stories are. $20-$25 may seem like a lot of money compared to movie tickets or something like that, but it's more than worth it--in fact, given the experience, I think it's a steal. Great puzzles! It was my first escape room and it was a blast. Lots of twists and turns as you work through the problems and save the world. Very cool!
I've done more than a handful of escape rooms and this has set the benchmark! Every prop kept to the theme of the room! Every puzzle was well thought out and enjoyable to do! I want to dive into detail but can't give anything away that would cheapen a single surprise.. Man this was good!! Just GO!!
My hubby and I took seven 15ish year old boys on the Cabin adventure- there couldn't have been a better way to spend a halloween time of the year birthday! It was amazing to watch the boys work and with 43 seconds "escape"! We will absolutely be doing one of these again!!!
It was my first escape room experience and I loooooooved it! Although my friends and I struggled much more than we expected, but we thoroughly enjoyed the journey with tips from our savior Andy. 10/10 would come back again. HIGHLY recommend.
