Recently purchased a new vehicle from Jamal B. and could not have asked for a better experience! We spent quite a bit of time figuring out what we wanted to do. They stayed late so we could complete our purchase. Not once did any of the staff act like it was an inconvenience. Our kids were able to play basketball while we were going through the process. I had the pleasure of working with Sean to purchase my new Jeep Rubicon. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I was very anxious about making the move ! He wasn't "pushy" If you are shopping for a new car I suggest you find Sean! You will not be disappointed! I love my new Jeep!
Terrible service. Purchased two new vehicles. 1st service oil and tire rotation on my wife’s vehicle took over four hours. I was then told on 1/27/25 to walk in for my oil change on 1/28/25. Arrived at 8am after commuting 1 hour and was turned away as they were only taking service by appointment… would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicles at Sam lemans..
Tyreese was a great salesman to work with he was very patient and informative throughout the whole process. Got me in and out and worked with me with my concerns I would definitely recommend him to help if you're looking for the next best thing!
