I have been shopping for a Wrangler for a few months only to be disappointed by most dealers who advertise a price that they would not sell me the car for, that is, until I contacted Tres at Sam Leman. The advertised price was the price paid. Tres and Gabe were great to work with and very accommodating to my needs as I was coming from out-of-state. Great experience and I would highly recommend purchasing from a Sam Leman dealership.
Tyreese was easy-going, friendly and easy to work with. His people skills shined through when he didn't add any pressure to the buying experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
We were in the market looking for a new Grand Cherokee. This was our third dealership of the day. I found the one we were looking for and I called the dealership and told them I wouldn’t be able to make there until 6:30pm, and they said no problem they we’re willing to stay late. Awful customer service, trying to up sell something, no sense of common sense in explaining, no sense of acknowledgement when standing in front of the service desk for 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere even if you have to pay extra and use off brand stuff. If you don’t believe just do simple google review search and call you will see the result. Scam dealership.
Recently purchased a new vehicle from Jamal B. and could not have asked for a better experience! We spent quite a bit of time figuring out what we wanted to do. They stayed late so we could complete our purchase. Not once did any of the staff act like it was an inconvenience. Our kids were able to play basketball while we were going through the process.
