Mr. Zach was a great person at meeting my needs. He continuously went the extra mile and beyond. My vehicle wasn’t ready on time from a different location. Mr. Zach eas able to put me into a 2026 equinox free of charge, until me vehicle arrived for purchase. Mr. Zach always showed hospitality. Not every Jeep Dealer is as good as this one. Tres is such a good sales representative. He made our trade in process so smooth and called us often to check if everything is going well with the new car.
Took my brand-new truck into the service department at Sam Leman Dodge in Champaign and dealt with Rudy. After the first visit the issue on my vehicle was not resolved. Went back in a second time and ended up being charged 400 dollars for a problem they found was not covered on the warranty from Ram. The issue on the truck was still not resolved.
