bought a portable dishwasher, waited months to get it (which was fine), came scratched, didn't fit the plumbing we were told it would fit, told there was an adapter, adapter and the new outer covering to replace the scratched one never came, made up my own adapter so I can use it (after literal months of waiting), and now machine stops running and reads error code 888... Used it for 3 weeks... so no, I would not reccomend
RecommendedWe ordered a new built in microwave from Bob at Champaign appliance. Once it was installed and the protective film peeled off the stainless steel finish we noticed a small dent. I called Bob expecting a replacement door to be ordered. Bob ordered another new microwave and apologized for the inconvenience, even though his business didn’t cause the dent. This won’t be the last appliance we purchase here. Fantastic locally owned business with knowledgeable and friendly people!
Don’t believe their slogan, “Modern Appliances With Home Town Service.” We bought over $13K in appliances from them, delivered in 2017. In early November, the oven broke, called them for help, they related that they would have their recommended repairman call me. I waited a while, and never got a call. When we bought the appliances they assured us they would provide first rate service. Hardly lived up to that statement or their slogan. The staff is very knowledgeable about anything in their store. None of this “let me get someone who knows about that item” from another department. They answered each question I had about the freezer I was purchasing. The best part is their price was within $5.00 of the “discount” stores. I’ll definitely go back for future purchases!
