I had a great first visit at Champagne Family Dentistry. Dr. Link and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was able to get x-rays, a general cleaning, and a personalized care plan in place on my first visit. They reviewed my x-rays, and personal smile concerns with me, and really took my feelings and smile concerns into the greatest consideration. Went in for routine exam and cleaning. Grace was very nice, but front desk was condescending and overall experience for exam and cleaning felt very rushed. They didn’t complete a standard periodontal probe test, and my cleaning lasted 15 minutes after the hygienist complained about my appointment time. Won’t be going back or referring others.
Just did my 2nd appointment there. So far , a great experience. Gave me good advice on my teeth which I want ortho work done on. They’ve treated me very well from check in to check out.

If you're looking to spend a lot of money and experience pain without any relief during urgent dental issues, especially over a holiday weekend when the staff refused to contact the dentist, this is the place for you. The dentist did not properly vet the oral surgeons he refers, leading me to a surgeon who only used a local anesthetic—resulting in the most painful experience of my adult life.
