Never have i ever been so horribly treated in a salon for them not knowing how to do acrylic toe nails?!! I went here for the first time just to get my toes done with acrylic here and she cut of all my toe nails with acrylic and left my toes looking horrible when i didnt walk in with my toes like that and kicked me out yelled at me called the police and everything all because she stressed herself out not being able to do my toes. Very bad experience. To start, my appointment was with Vincent but when I got there a woman started to do my daughter nails instead. We were ok with that at first, but when she started to do my daughter nail she then switched to a different client instead and left my daughter with only three nails left her waiting for 20 minutes. I have been coming here for years to get my pedicures with Vince! He’s truly the best! He does the BEST pedicures. I definitely recommend him.
I really tried to give Champagne Nails a fair chance (this was my 3rd visit), but after today I won’t be coming back. I had a very uncomfortable experience with the man who did my acrylics he’s older, usually wears a flat cap, and works to the right of the entrance on the right side.From the moment we started, his attitude was rude and dismissive. I was not offered champagne! My mani is the worst I’ve ever had. While clipping my cuticles I was cut and bled. The salon was too hot and it was dirty.
