Very bad experience. To start, my appointment was with Vincent but when I got there a woman started to do my daughter nails instead. We were ok with that at first, but when she started to do my daughter nail she then switched to a different client instead and left my daughter with only three nails left her waiting for 20 minutes. I have been coming here for years to get my pedicures with Vince! He’s truly the best! He does the BEST pedicures. I definitely recommend him.
I really tried to give Champagne Nails a fair chance (this was my 3rd visit), but after today I won’t be coming back. I had a very uncomfortable experience with the man who did my acrylics he’s older, usually wears a flat cap, and works to the right of the entrance on the right side.From the moment we started, his attitude was rude and dismissive. I was not offered champagne! My mani is the worst I’ve ever had. While clipping my cuticles I was cut and bled. The salon was too hot and it was dirty.
My friend and I both received horrible quality from the same nail manicurist, which happens to be the older man. Both of us paid very expensive prices for horrible quality and he does not listen to directions, I don’t think he knows English. My friend asked him to check the reference picture and he refused while completely disregarding the original design. He argued with her on the color SHE chose.
