At a loss for words. Incredibly impressed by all of the folks at Champagne. They had the car with the exact specs +, at a great price, and the entire process was quick, painless, easy, straightforward and stress free. Thank you Joe, Kevin, and Ken.
Terrible experience. I reached out just to see their Corvette C7, and the salesperson was rude, unprofessional, and completely clueless. Instead of answering simple questions, they made a ridiculous assumption that I was trying to buy the car for $20,000, which I never said. The attitude was disrespectful and felt like they didn’t take me seriously at all. If you expect basic customer service, look elsewhere. Huge waste of time.
We bought a beautiful Toyota Sienna from Joe who was fantastic from start to finish. It was an out-of-state purchase so I was a bit nervous about the process but Joe made everything so easy. The van shipped to our home and was immaculate, drives perfectly, new tires, full tune-up and all. Very honest, transparent, and fair dealership to work with. One of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. Thanks, Joe!
If I could give this establishment 6 stars I would. I bought a used Chevrolet Corvette from Fernando. Fernando was transparent about the entire transaction, he didn't pressure me at all, in fact he left me alone when I needed time to think I on the purchase. Something I am not used to, being in sales myself. The Finance manager didn't pressure me at all into any additions to the vehicle (Warranties, Gap insurance, Key insurance, etc).
