They mislead customers by charging an extra $65 even after saying the Groupon would cover all the services. If this is how you treat customers, then what’s the point of running a business? If anyone plans to visit, be careful with these people. They act nice at first, but in the middle of the hairstyle they show their true colors and stop working unless you pay what they demand

Sierra demonsrtated her expertise on my hair yesterday. I'll try and keep this brief. Lol. She gave me a detox to lift the excessive black from my box color, and then she deposited color. No guarantees but my hair reacted just as she stated during my consult last week. I took my daughter to Ledia for a haircut and her first ever highlights. I was a bit unsure at first, and my daughter was nervous since she had never done anything like this before. But Ledia was amazing, so patient, kind, and reassuring. She explained everything and made us both feel comfortable.
