My wife and I have worked with Mr. Herman for a number of years but the quality of work has significantly dropped. Mr. Herman's team is no longer easy to reach by email or call, and the returns have become sloppier - obvious mistakes that my wife has thankfully caught. Unfortunately, this past year our returns came past due.
