I contacted Michael as we had an urgent need for care, and he was recommended by another trusted care company. Although in the end our needs changed and we didn’t need Chamomile Care’s services, I was really impressed by Michael’s helpfulness and advice, as well as the speed with which he was prepared to act. I would not hesitate to contact him again if the need arose.

Chamomile Care provides carers to my Father. He has a half hour visit in the morning and a 2nd half hour in the evening. All the carers we have met are well trained and caring people. My father enjoys their twice daily visits to assist him with washing and dressing. The owner and office staff are very attentive and respond quickly to requests and information. I was particularly pleased to engage with a smaller local company, having had not such a good experience with large national provider.

I have been with Chamomile care Company for four years, and they have been excellent throughout. The carers are always happy, well-trained, and professional, and the managers are very supportive and efficient. They even handle my pharmacy needs, making everything so much easier. I’m very happy with the service they provide. I have complex needs.

Chamomile Care have been assisting my parents for 3 years now. They have given excellent support and advice as we meet and care for my mother and father's changing needs. From driving and accompanying Dad (a wheelchair user since his stroke) to his day centre, church and social commitments on a regular basis and last minute, ad hoc too - to supporting mum with domestic tasks large and small. We cannot thank the Chamomile Care team enough for all the wonderful, kind and professional care that they gave our mum over the last year or more, not always in the easiest of circumstances. And for their help and support of my brother and I - both practically and emotionally - as we lived over 100 miles away and could not deal with day to day issues.
