I have to agree with the general consensus, they don’t answer ther phones, they dont return phone calls in a timely manner if at all. Each time I’ve had to drive down to the office just to see about an appointment they wanted to change last minute, the day before. Love my doctor and the nurses but the office prpvides TERRIBLE customer service. Staff are not very nice, phones never answered, and god the wait!!! - long waiting periods no matter if busy or not. May be if you didn’t schedule so many patients in one day! It’s not a race against the clock! - this is all part of the experience, and I just hate coming here and wait for hours.
Terrible. They never sent the authorization for my referral. You can’t get ahold of a live person when you call and they either don’t call back or take forever. So now I have to cancel the referral appointment and reschedule once I get the authorization. I scheduled it weeks ago! So frustrating. Awful communication.
I wish I could give zero stars because I have called 15 times in a row with no answer just to drive to the facility and see it’s dark and closed an hour before closing time
Horrible! No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. Also, the front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. I highly discourage anyone from choosing Chamian Medical Group.
