I wrote a review in 2024 about the services I received which as BAD, at best. However, this is not the end of it... I just received a bill, 18 months after my only visit to the office, for $570. The office filed 2 charges with my insurance company on: 1. new patient in office visit of $285 and 2. preventive medicine of new patient of $285. My insurance company denied the claims, so they now turn around to ask me to foot the bill. To say that the staff is under qualified is an understatement. On more than a few occasions I have been given conflicting information at the detriment of my health. While the care has been adequate, the professionalism is nil or nonexistent. These people simply don’t care. Tried calling a few times to book a normal physical appointment. Most calls never went through, just rang and rang. Called just now to yet again try and book an appointment, finally got an answer and said "hi id like to book a physic-" and then she hung up on me. Im done, im taking my concerns and check ups elsewhere even if it forces out of pocket expenses. I hate leaving bad reviews but they gave no opportunity to book otherwise (cant just show up in person and found no online booking forms), ans god forbid i DO have conce... read more

They say they are open at 8am and then never answer the phone until after 9. The office people are never warm and welcoming. Good luck trying to get a quick appointment, probably just easier to get into the urgent care.
