Dr Chamian is clearly very knowledgeable. However, 1-2 hour wait times are unacceptable. While waiting, I saw them cancel a woman's appointment and charge her a cancellation fee for being 15 minutes late (they told her there was a 5 minute cut-off) - Meanwhile, everyone getting called in has been waiting over an hour to see their doctor.

I would give them 0 stars. It’s 2025 and the ladies behind the desk do absolutely NOTHING. The doctor has got to simply be lazy because something is off. How do you print out referrals and when I call to see my specialist, they tell me there’s nothing on file. Never in my entire life have I gone through something like this. Also, when I try calling Chamain’s office, they will not answer. Going back to my old doctor. My old doctor is a great doctor, I just live too far away, but I’d rather spend the money and time on a doctor... read more
