I wish I could give zero stars because I have called 15 times in a row with no answer just to drive to the facility and see it’s dark and closed an hour before closing time
Horrible! No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. Also, the front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. I highly discourage anyone from choosing Chamian Medical Group.
This was our first visit with Dr. Francesca Chamian, and by the time we left, it felt like she had been our doctor for years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably thorough, genuinely kind, and truly cares about her patients. She didn’t make us feel rushed for even a second. She took the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and really understand the whole picture before making recommendations. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they not provide proper care they are rude. The office never picks up the phone and they have days long response time. They cancel appointments last minute and do not notify their patients. They need better management of their office.
Horrible customer service. I have been calling to make an appointment for a week now. They dont pick up phone calls. Wait time is 1.30 hours to see the doctor, even if you have an appointment.
