These have to be the worst builders I have ever seen, I caught one illegally trespassing on my balcony today to do some dodgy silicon work, and he refused to identify himself. Stay away from these people
One of the most disappointing examples of residential construction I have ever seen. The workmanship throughout the property appears rushed, careless, and lacking the level of quality that buyers should reasonably expect from a professional builder.
