User review by drpistonhead – If you have them build you a house. Make sure EVERYTHING is completed BEFORE buying. I've lost count on the many days I took off work to get them to fix things. And then they never showed up. Then after a year of waiting they say time is out. Also, if its not in writing don't believe what they say.
