I went to the Chamblee website and requested a quote. My project was different than normal in that I needed special labels printed. They replyed back asking for more information about the project and for the graphics. After taking the time to reply specifying exactly what I needed, they responded by refusing to even quote my project. I assume either the project was too difficult or small for this company.
