Marie was very helpful today. She sent my move out form right after I called. The facility was well kept and clean. I filled out the form and sent in the requisite photos and received conformation within an hour after submitting the form. This all happened on a Sunday too. If I ever need a storage room again, I would definitely go back to KO storage again. Good people there.
My experience with them was great nice and clean units!!
