It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone about my storage unit. Despite calling and emailing several times, I’ve received no response, and the phone line just rings endlessly. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Very nice and affordable. Only problem is getting around the corner where my unit is located . The lock mechanism needed some wd40 but was no big deal .
Nice storage price is ok ,easy access Overall very good
The storage unit i had 5 spots that the roof leaked ,it just got water on some totes it may need to be fixed.
Very satisfied, and happy with the ease of getting the best deal I could find and paying was a breeze. I would use this service again.
