Very easy to get an appointment and everything went smooth while getting my procedure.
today on monday july 28 i visited this agency to get a text done and the lady at the front desck was verry rude to me i told her that i was there to get a text done and there was a man behind me that came affter me she told me she need it to take care off the people with appoiments first so i waited and then i heard her say to the man oh he is still here i feel that person was verry rude and i feel that she discriminated on me
Despite being short handed with the front desk person being absent, causing a little time delay. The staff I saw & dealt with personally didn't appear flustered, had a great attitude and performed as best as I could tell professionally. Very pleased with my experience and treatment.
